One Residence
The entire property consists of three sections arranged around the courtyard, offering a total of six bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and accommodating up to 16 guests.
At present, the property is available for rent as a single exclusive residence, ensuring privacy and full access to all indoor and outdoor areas.

The Grand Apartment is our most spacious accommodation, offering generous shared spaces alongside private rooms.
It is ideal for families or groups travelling together who appreciate both comfort and privacy.

The apartment includes two double bedrooms as well as a private studio with a double bed on the mezzanine, a seating area, and its own bathroom.
The main bedroom features a walk-in closet and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.Comfortable mattresses from well-known Scandinavian manufacturers ensure good support and restful sleep.
High-speed Wi-Fi, standard bed linen, and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. -
The well-equipped kitchen is designed for shared cooking and meals, making it easy to enjoy fresh and flavorful ingredients from Riposto and the surrounding area.
It opens into a spacious living and dining area, suited for relaxed gatherings and time together.In total, the apartment offers three private bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience for larger groups.

Guests are welcome to relax in the lush garden and enjoy the swimming pool, shared only with the two other apartments.
The outdoor area includes a barbecue and a dining space for meals under the open sky, as well as a cozy outdoor fireplace for long, atmospheric evenings.
A shared laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities is also available.

The kitchen is well suited for preparing meals using the fresh and flavorful ingredients that Riposto and the surrounding area have to offer. It includes a refrigerator, basic kitchenware, and a coffee capsule machine.
The apartment features two private bathrooms, each with a spacious shower, and is equipped with towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries. Towels and beach towels are provided.

A spacious studio apartment with a private bathroom and kitchenette, designed for a comfortable and relaxed stay.
Ideal for couples, and also suitable for up to four guests, with two additional sleeping spaces on the mezzanine.
Guests have access to shared outdoor areas and the swimming pool, shared only with the two other apartments.

The studio offers a double bed (160cm) on the main floor, with additional sleeping spaces (2×90cm) on the mezzanine.
High-speed Wi-Fi, standard bed linen, and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. -
